For approved claims, we will replace affected plants at no cost. Replacement plants will be of equal or greater value and suitable for your conditions.
Installation cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled date receive full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 25% fee to cover preparation costs.
Maintenance services require 30 days notice for cancellation.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Service fees for completed work are non-refundable.
If installation is postponed due to severe weather, we will reschedule at no additional cost. Plants are held in optimal conditions until installation.
